Always a great experience here. The staff is always so friendly and they listen and do whatever they can to help whether it’s needing medicine or giving us good advice. They never make us feel like we shouldn’t have come here and if I happen to have all the kids they’re super helpful and patient with them. I have 3 kids so we are frequently needing urgent care and I choose clear choice every time.

I Called and made an appointment for the same day. I have VA insurance and the receptionist knew who to call at the VA to get approval. I was seen within 10 minuets and after a couple of tests I was diagnosed given some medications and sent home.
The people that work there are friendly, polite and very knowledgeable.

I always choose Clear Choice MD urgent care in Portsmouth. They are very thorough, kind and efficient. The doctor on staff was great and he made me feel well taken care of and paid attention to my needs. They greet you with a smile and care

Easy to schedule an appointment and complete paperwork online, in advance. I was seen on time. Provider was very thorough and listened well. I appreciate knowing ClearChoiceMD is here and available when my PCP is not. Very efficient organization.
