Always a great experience here. The staff is always so friendly and they listen and do whatever they can to help whether it’s needing medicine or giving us good advice. They never make us feel like we shouldn’t have come here and if I happen to have all the kids they’re super helpful and patient with them. I have 3 kids so we are frequently needing urgent care and I choose clear choice every time.

ClearChoiceMD is an excellent facilty with A+++ staff. Everyone is very kind, pleasant and caring. The wait time is very reasonable and you get prompt, exceptional care every time you visit them. I highly recommend this practice. They are terrific and are right on with their diagnosis. Thank you very much team.

I was the first to arrive after they opened, complaining of pain in my upper left chest, radiating through my back. The receptionist made me complete the check in process myself on my phone, though I was obviously struggling. I then waited for 15 minutes while I watched a woman come in, check in, and then get called up to be seen. The receptionist then called me back to the desk to inform me that they weren't familiar with my insurance so I may want to consider going elsewhere.
I'm pretty sure when someone walks in with chest pain it should be taken seriously.

I always choose Clear Choice MD urgent care in Portsmouth. They are very thorough, kind and efficient. The doctor on staff was great and he made me feel well taken care of and paid attention to my needs. They greet you with a smile and care

I Called and made an appointment for the same day. I have VA insurance and the receptionist knew who to call at the VA to get approval. I was seen within 10 minuets and after a couple of tests I was diagnosed given some medications and sent home.
The people that work there are friendly, polite and very knowledgeable.
